JMS message persistance

Hi ,
  I am using JMS  Topic and MDB to forward messages with JBOSS server. Here , i have one question.
How can i implement the message persistance in MDB or Topic.

for that what are the configurations needed .

Please let me know the if any thing is required.

You cannot do it automatically: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/FAQJBossMQFilePersistence

YOu will have to manualyl code your bean to write into a file.

ok , i will also aggree with you. But , i saw some where abt file persistance. So , i had one doubt weather in jboss 4.x versions is possable or not.

Please give me some clarification. Totally iam confusing .

In JMS Messaging persistance we have the following types
File PM
Rolling Logged PM
JDBC2 PM
i want to impliment the  Rolling Logged PM . For this what are the configurations and all.
Weater we can impliment these 3 types of persistances in Jboss 4.x ver sion or not.
Please let me know the exact thing .

Sorry I misunderstood your question, I thought you were talking about an MQ file persistence mechanism. Have a look here: http://docs.jboss.org/admin-devel/AdminDevelTOC.html in chapter six.

what i mean is.

i am using JBoss MQ messing server with jboss 4.x version.
  For messinge persistance Jboss providing the follwing type of persistances
File PM
Rolling Logged PM
JDBC2 PM
So , i want to implement either File PM or Rolling Logged PM . Is possiable in JBoss 4.x version or not.

Please let me know the if you want any other information.
