Check value of c before dividing because a number is divided by zero is a mathemtical error and it will throw exception

i have like this:
unsigned int a,b,c;
a=b/c
it works fine with signed int but when unsigned int, i am getting weird results..i wonder if it is something got to do with unsigned and signed stuff..thanks a million..

Or are you by any chance casting a signed integer value to an unsigned int before dividing ? If so, you'll end up with a very large unsigned integer value, and dividing with that will probably not give you the expected result.
But that's just a guess, until you provide the information requested by 97WideGlide.
