wininet-send request

i am useing  HttpSendRequest
sometimes it take up to 1:30 minute.
when by using winsock the same request
take last the secound.  
is there any way to spead it up ?

Sounds like you're doing something wrong with the WININET.DLL APIs. Since you don't show any code, though, it's hard to tell for sure.
