Browse All TopicsDoes any one know how to program serial interrupts so the incomming data to a com port is bufferred? I assuming that after the interrupt is activated, the buffering is done in the background. There are 3rd party software that can do this, but I only need functions to initialize the ports, set the buffer size, activate the interrupt, and read from the buffer. I will upgrade the points to 1000 for the first working solution. You can also post the same answer to my other questions "Borland C++ 5.0 and DOS int86" for 500 pts. I appreciate your help.
