Encryption, CRC & RSA Advice

Hi all,

I have three software needs, I have written a piece of software whic i want to sell and I now need to secure it. I realize that it will never be copletely hacker proof but I want to make it difficult. I already have a licence agreement in place but for a home user it's useless.

Here are my three main issues, I have tried to be descriptive, but if something doesn't make sense, please ask and I'll try to clarify.

The following is needed:

1) A way to allow each executable to store it's own unique serial number, without recompiling the executable each time.

2) Self verification of the CRC of my executable INCLUDING the CRC verification code. What I mean by this is: the exe has a CRC code once I add new code to verify the CRC, the executable code will change and so will the CRC, so my question is how do I hard code the CRC value of the exe file into the code before I have the compiled version. I have heard of this done before, I'm just not sure how and if it was in the same manner.

3) Generate RSA private/public keys. Where can get more info/documenation. Also is it license free, can I use it in a commercial application.

NB: Key verifications are fine, but in the end it will set a boolean to true/false and either the application will run or exit. What do I do to my program to stop the hacker just finding the appropriate boolean and skipping my intricate protection algorithms.
Also this is not a shareware/demo application so the final product will be shipped with everything included.

I'm currently working in .NET VC++ (Not C#)
