I had a lot of compilation errors and ive worked a lot of them out but have some questions about some im not sure about.

1) It obviously doesnt like the way i am doing the input or output streams. Do these need to be done differently since they are inside functions?

2) Is there a certain library that I can include to allow swap() to take place or do I have to write this function?
