IThumbnailCapture, need GUID Values

I do not have the latest shlobj.h and shlguid.h header files, I need the GUID values for the XP interface of -

IThumbnailCapture

and

IID_IThumbnailCapture

. . . . . . . .
for instance the values for IExtractImage are listed like this in shlguid.h   -

i need this for   IID_IThumbnailCapture
