jkr's suggestion is not related to eVC++ but to Platform Build, a totally differnt issue. In fact there are few specific resource for eVC++ learning in the internet. But you have to be aware that eVC++ is at least 80% compatible with its major brother VC++.
The best site I know is codeproject (for either eVC++ or VC++). Look at this page:
