int to string for File name with date

I want to enter file name as integers 1,2 ... What I want is to append the date like FEB-19-08-1, FEB-19-08-2. The user only needs to enter 1 or 2 as a sequence number and the current date be appended with the file number.
Also the write function runs for a specific may be 100 time and write to file '1' and then increments to FEB-19-08-2 file number till the time user press 's'. The increment should follow the last file number
