Hello,
I need to read a header file parse it, search for a particular struct, read this struct and then define it elsewhere in the program. Thereafter I need to populate this newly created structure by reading in information from a second file.
Below is the logic I need to implement for various flavours of Unix
1)read elf.h to search for the elf64_header structure
2)store the fields of this structure
3)now define the sturcture using the fields read
4)open any binary executable built for that platform and read the elf header into this newly created structure
I have steps 1) and 2) above and have created a string list containing the various structure members....
Any ideas on how to proceed further are welcome....
