Low Level NTFS access to copy file

Hi

I want to copy some locked files with low level NTFS access. Any example of NTFS class in C++ which I can use to read and copy some locked files?

I want to copy locked files, I don't think that API could do it.

the WMI controls access to files, once access is set you can copy or modify files as per the requirements of the application.

The API I pointed you to controls access to files. Also you have to use WMI and WMI uses the COM technology.

There is no other way.
