Remove html tags and insert remaining text into variables

Hi
can anyone help with a problem I have.
I would like to search a text string called HtmlData, which is from <%=Request.Form["HtmlData"]%>

I need to find the text between the <title>Title text here</title> and the <META NAME="DESCRIPTION" CONTENT="Description text here">

Once found strip the text out from between the tags and enter into variables

string strTitle, strDescription;

Once that is done remove all text that is left except text between the following tags
<h1></h1><h2></h2><h3></h3><h4><h4><h5><h5><h6></h6><p></p>

and enter into variable
string strText;

I think this will be very complicated and is way over my head, so any help would be much appreciated.
