It is automatically localized to the language of the system. But it's true that you cannot change this text yourself in the normal MessageBox; you'd need to use your own dialog if you want to be able to do this.

Localizing Message Box Buttons
Accoding to MSFT there is no way to Localize the Button control on a Message Box. Has anyone figured out a work around for this?
