--------------------------
An unhandled exception of type 'System.BadImageFormatExce
occurred in mscorlib.dllget
Additional information: The type serialized in the .resources file was not the
same type that the .resources file said it contained. Expected

I tried uninstalling and re-installing both the old and the new version of DevExpress, but I can't seem to get rid of this bug. Any help would be appriciated.

I had installed two different versions of DevExpress. Once I uninstalled everything and cleared the GAC (Global Assembly Cache) then re-installed it, things worked great. See http://www.devexpress.com/ Support/Kn owledgeBas e/ ShowArti cle.xml?kb id=138.
