How can I convert *.eml to *.msg

Hi All

I want to convert eml file to msg file. Does anyone know how to do it?

Have you looked at Outlook Redemption? It can:

"Import MSG, EML (RFC822) and TNEF files
Export messages to the MSG, EML, TXT, HTML, TNEF and vCard formats"

Thanks Adam, but Redemption is licensed for the development and cannot be used with any commercial software.
I would like to do it by myself with free library. Have you got other solution?

Sorry no other ideas - but you can buy a developers licence for Redemption which allows you to redistribute the dll freely with commercial software for a small amount of money.

Hi Adam, I download and have a look at Redemption but it too complex and I cannot understand how can it convert a eml to msg.
Do you try it before? Can you show me how can I convert a file from eml to msg?

Hi Adam.

Thanks for your help but I found that this component isn't suitable with my purpose. Although I can convert from eml to msg but I must install MS Outlook and set MS Outlook as default mail.
I just want to convert to msg and that all, I don't want to install and config any other component or product.

No problem. I think you will struggle to get anything other than Outlook to create .msg files as it is an unpublished format.
