which is having the file tag format as follows

and check the date if it is current date increment
the counter otherwise reset the counter to 0.

You will have to load to config file seperately as it is readonly on program execution so you will not be able to update the counter.
Rather Create a Simple Class Storing this Data and serialise this to disk
