Help with arrays in C#

I have to create a program in C# that calculates the commission of each salesperson. The salesperson gets $200 per week plus 9% of their gross sales per week. So the program inputs each salesperson's salary, calculates the salary and inputs their answer in two columns: salary range and number of salespeople. Salary range: 200 - 299, 300-399,400-499,500-599,600-699,700-799,800-899,900-999, 1000 and over. I have completed the first part where each salesperson's salaries need to be inputed. However I honestly don't know how to proceed from there. I do know that I have to calculate their salaries and then put it in the various salary ranges but where do I start? I know it requires arrays and counters but I am stumped as I don't know how to put the titles of the two columns : Salary Range and Number of Salespeople. Any prod or help would be greatly appreciated. Here's what I have so far:
