How do i remove first 7 characters

 WindowsIdentity Wusername = WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent() as WindowsIdentity;
e.InputParameters["UserName"] = Wusername.Name.TrimStart(char[7]).ToString();

It can be like:
e.InputParameters["UserName"] = Wusername.Name.Substring(7,Wusername.Name.Length()-7)
It could be good to check is Name length > 7.

try this

 e.InputParameters["UserName"]  = Wusername.Name.Substring(7, Wusername.Name.Length - 7);

TrimStart() removes a specific character from the beginning of a string.
Use SubString(7) remove the first 7 characters. But make sure the username is longer than 7 characters.
