Role based security question

I have implemented role based security in asp.net which works great.

I have a page where I filter users according to their role, for example

usersInRole = Roles.GetUsersInRole(RolesListBox.SelectedItem.Value);

Now I have a request to add extra filter properties onto a role. For example, there is a role named "viewOnly" however I need a way of adding filter attributes to the "viewOnly" role, like

"viewOnly" - Auditor
"viewOnly" - Officer

This is soley for filtering purposes, there will still be only one "viewOnly" role its just that the client wants a way to filter sub categories on the "viewOnly" role.

So if I create a user and assign them the role "viewOnly" then maybe I could tick a checkbox to say that they are an "auditor" or "officer". This is essentially a way filtering users within the "viewOnly" role
