and think that ASFChop is not longer available.
Now I got progress, I found that I can use Windows Media File Editor to create markers in a video file, and those markers can be imported/exported to a header file. It looks good for me, and the only problem left is:
How to import the header file to a video file via programming.
any idea? If I can done that I think my problem can be resolved.
