i tired to found solustion on the internet how to Add new user to AD ,
i found to many solution in google but all not work i'm soure the problem in this line
"LDAP://xxxxx.com/OU=xxxx,
DC=xxxx,DC
=com"
but i don't what this line mean exactly

Full computer name: t-tareq.T-TAREQ.local
curent user name: Administrator
password: 123456789
add user to group: Developers
