just create a new project in VS2003 and add all the source files manually.
Besides this, I fully agree with ShazbotOK comment.
Hi,
Is there any simple way to convert a VS2005 WinForm project back to a VS 2003 WinForm project? thanks

Nope... once it has been created in 2005 the only way to go backwards is create a new solution then to copy the code files back (select & copy) --> there may be a lot of "edit" work to do as well....
Why go back to 2003? 2005 (.net 2.0) is 10x more efficient.
