What is method of referencing the AppSetting for another program's app.config?
This is how I read my an app's own app.config:
string configValue = string.Empty;
NameValueCollection settings = ConfigurationManager.AppSe
if (settings["WatchFolder"] != null)
{
configValue = settings["WatchFolder"];
}
How can my app read another's app.config using the NameValueCollection?
ExeConfigurationFileMap fileMap = new ExeConfigurationFileMap();
fileMap.ExeConfigFilename = @"SomeOtherApp.exe.config"
Configuration config = ConfigurationManager.OpenM
ConfigurationUserLevel.Non

it is in VB.NET....but you can easily convert to c#.....

ASP.NET is not allowing to access the app.config file of other application.
You can used the file operation to access the app.config file of other appliaction.
According to me, Its not possible to take the reference and access the app.config file of other appliaction.
