Yes.
This .dll won't even register. The problem exists long before I try to use it in any project at this point.

I have a C# class library that I created that I've used in projects before, but now it won't show up through Intellisense when I try to including with "using". I tried to register it manually, but it says the entry point can't be found.
Ideas?
