How do I open my textfile?

I cant open my textfile becuase it says it cant find it. How do I write the code correct?

My textfile is where program.cs is created (directly under my project)

            TextReader tReader = new StreamReader("textfile.txt");

            Console.WriteLine(tReader.ReadLine());
 
            // Close the File Stream

Your text file must be where your EXE file is. In bin\debug   or    bin\release folder.

Mention where the file is located in your physical drive.
