Browse All TopicsI am putting together an application that needs to watch several folders and once they have hit a certain size / file count, perform an action.
I intend to use the FIleSystemWatcher to do this, however I have one outstanding query. If a file is being copied into that folder, I need to know when the copy process has finished, and also check that no other processes are accessing the files.
Can I somehow extract that information from the Windows API ? This application initially only needs to work with local files and folders.
Thanks
Andrew
