Is there a way to add a charge of $12.00 to this code: I need to add a charge of 12.00 to Shipping:

Sub-Total:  $61.20 (USD)  
Discount:  $10.80 (USD)  
Shipping:  $24.24 (USD)  
Tax:  $0.00 (USD)  
Total:  $85.44 (USD)

actually this line decimal shoppingCartShipping = CurrencyManager.ConvertCurrency(shoppingCartShippingBase.Value, CurrencyManager.PrimaryStoreCurrency, NopContext.Current.WorkingCurrency);

Should be

decimal shoppingCartShipping = CurrencyManager.ConvertCurrency(shoppingCartShippingBase.Value + 12.00, CurrencyManager.PrimaryStoreCurrency, NopContext.Current.WorkingCurrency);

the code uses a currency converter and its localized.

Daniel is correct , I assumed the ShoppingCartShippingBase.value is a double.
and Just to get the math right notice the extra brackets to ensure proper precedence

decimal shoppingCartShipping = CurrencyManager.ConvertCurrency((shoppingCartShippingBase.Value + Convert.ToDecimal(12.00)), CurrencyManager.PrimaryStoreCurrency, NopContext.Current.WorkingCurrency);
