ClickOnce Web Deployment - Webpage Template

I was wondering if there is a way to change the default web page template OneClick generates for web deployed OneClick applications.

Did you try looking at Project->Properties->Publish->Options->Delployment Web page ?

No that is to choose what file name to give the auto generated page, not a template object.

From what I've seen from searching, there is no built-in way. It seems like the best you can do is found at the following:
