How to group array: c#, linq

How to group array

i have an List<int[]> of the following arrays

orderItemId & deliveryId

1, 55
4, 55
10. 66
12, 77
14, 77

How i can separate this into 3 list based on the delivery id

ie so that i have

1, 55
4, 55
--
10. 66
--
12, 77
14, 77
