TechSoEasy actually i'm not going to just list a bunch of links while i'm Googling, here is a free space to put answers and i suggest some answers may be it help the owner to fix his issue, so please read the links carefully before send your indictment .
the 1st link is talking about : You receive a "The RPC server is unavailable" error message when you open Disk Management in Windows XP,
it's the same Description:
DCOM got error "The RPC server is unavailable. " from the computer Wks080325-2 when attempting to activate the server.
i don't know if this event appear to him when he open disk Management or other reason,
the 2nd link talking about The RPC Server is Unavailable When You Attempt to Add a Printer.
also i don't know if this event appear to him when he add printer or other reason,
the next 2 links from EE , it is contain solutions belong to the issue , so that's why I'm post it.
i'm here tried to solve problems , so i'm asking the owner to try links and told us back.

Hi Guys,
Thank you for the suggestions so far and sorry about the delay responding, I was waiting to get onsite with this client to do some testing. I managed to do a bit of testing with it late yesterday afternoon. I uninstalled the HP software for the new printer which also forced me to uninstall the printer, then I had to go through and manually add the printer. Installing the printer makes you lose some of the functionality such as the ability to fax straight from your PC.
Since removing this software the error message has changed a little, it is now as follows;

SBS gives you that ability natively as long as you have a modem in your server. Plus, the SBS-based faxing allows you to fax directly from Outlook or any Office program. So I don't see this as a problem.
That error would indicate that the HPBPRO.EXE program is still installed on the server. (Or at least is in the registry). Search for the GUID (5A5AA0AA-1DEB-4683-96B0-B
