Citrix DCOM ERROR  10000 Unable to start a DCOM Server {GUID}; The error: "The specified session cannot be found."

I am having an issue on a couple of Citrix Servers where a particular application "randomly" begins generating the errors:
DCOM 10010
The server {701B61A4-59D5-11D1-BE36-00A02479BD73} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

DCOM 10000
Unable to start a DCOM Server: {701B61A4-59D5-11D1-BE36-00A02479BD73}. The error:
"The operation completed successfully. "
Happened while starting this command:
"D:\Program Files\Hummingbird\DM Extensions\DM.exe" /Automation -Embedding

DCOM 10000
Unable to start a DCOM Server: {5C8B2042-55C0-11D1-BE36-00A02479BD73}. The error:
"The specified session cannot be found. "
Happened while starting this command:
"D:\Program Files\Hummingbird\DM Extensions\DM.exe" /Automation -Embedding

DCOM 10000
Unable to start a DCOM Server: {533125B9-51F1-411C-B72B-01189450636B}. The error:
"The specified session cannot be found. "
Happened while starting this command:
D:\Program Files\Hummingbird\DM Extensions\DM.exe /Automation -Embedding

DCOM 10010
The server {533125B9-51F1-411C-B72B-01189450636B} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Once this occurs, no other users can execute the application, however users already using the application can continue working.  A reboot fixes the issue or sometimes after half an hour later the user that could not execute it has the application pop up and begin working.  At this point all users that were having the issue get the application opening and running.

This may occur a few weeks later on the same server or a different one.
