DCOM error

I'm getting allot of the following events logged on a Windows 2008 server thats connected to our AD.

Source: DistributedCOM
EventID: 10009
Level: Error
DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer SERVER_NAME.DOMAIN.local.DOMAIN.local using any of the configured protocols.

Note that the FQDN of the server is followed by the domain name.

How do I change the parameter that DCOM uses as host name when it tries to connect ?
