Loading a jsf page programatically

I have two wars one is in ICEFaces and one is Customised JSF. I would like to run a jsf file programatically (Not opening a page). Would like to do all the things that jsfpage does from another war without user interference.

Why don't you program that stuff in the backing bean and then call the backing bean from the other war?
Or just open the url programmatically using  URLConnection and then read the output if you need,

There are too many things that JSP is doing so it will be tough to go through all the things it do and put that stuff in Backing Bean.

I  have tried URLConnection and it is throwing a NullPointerException regarding a managed bean which was called in the JSP.

Are you sure that the bean deployed? You should be able to access it via urlconnection if you can access it from a browse.
