How to resolve teh Error java.lang.IllegalStateException: No WebApplicationContext found: no ContextLoaderListener registered?

Hi,

I have done a sample application using spring framework. But as soon as i start accessing my app it is giving the following error

java.lang.IllegalStateException: No WebApplicationContext found: no ContextLoaderListener registered?

Please help me to resolve this problem

this problem got solved by keeping applicationcontext.xml file in WEB-INF folder

But one more problem i got. It is giving the following error

Neither BindingResult nor plain target object for bean name 'project' available as request attribute

sorry yaar. I got the solution. Initially itself i have to route through controller actually. But directly i am trying to load the jsp page with some command name.
