can not run this struts project

hi,
i hv downloaded 4205_strutsbasics.zip from http://www.javapassion.com/handsonlabs/strutsbasics/.i m following the tutorial but i cant run struts-submit-solution project.i m using netbeans 6.0.following is the error report.pls help

Hello,

This seems to be a classpath-related problem, because the virtual machine cannot find the required libraries. Make sure that the struts jar file is referenced in the CLASSPATH variable directly. That will resolve the issue. Set it as an environment variable within the operating system. Or alteratively, make sure that NetBeans can actually include it as a reference to the project.
