Start-CacheCluster from a batch file

Hello,
I am new to powershell scripting and Velocity. How do I create a command that I can include in a batch file to start the cache cluster.  I tried to use at the command prompet

PowerShell.exe -NoExit -Command "start-cachecluster"

But it keeps erroring out.

Any help is highly appreciated.
