Display image in JSP

Hi,
I have a image in the database (BLOB object). I am getting that image into a byte array inside an action class. I want to display the image without storing the image to HDD on client or on server. I want to read the array and want to display the image on JSP. Could somebody throw some light on this.

you can use a servlet to return your image.
So instead of getting the image in your action, get it in your servlet and reference that servlet in your html.

Include the following code in display.jsp

response.setContentType("image/gif");//toset the type of outputstream
byte[] imgBytes = rs.getBytes("horoscope");//get imagebytes from databse

javax.servlet.ServletOutputStream op = response.getOutputStream();
if(imgBytes!=null)
  op.write(imgBytes);//to display image in page.
