I am trying to develop a few jsp pages (MySQL backend) that is interactive with the user, wanted to give it a shot like google suggest , for example if the person tries to search for a user , I want to the list of avail users as he types in.
Any tutorials for this anywhere

You can refer to the following tutorial http://www.objectgraph.com /dictionar y/how.html
It uses .NET at the backend, you just need to change it to use java to retrive data from mysql .
