i keep getting this message in my tocat  server.Im using the oreilly package to upload a file.

wat does this exception means

root cause

java.lang.ClassFormatError: Incompatible magic value 1885430635 in class file uploadAction

I still think you should take my advice that I gave in your last question. Anyway  your file is corrupted. The magic value refers to the first four bytes of  the file that identify it  as a class file.  Did you compile it or download it ?  Get another one.     rrz
