Hello Experts,
I'm trying to get the query string parameters in my Struts2/Tiles web application. I have figured out how to set the parameters in the url so that when I click a link it goes to http://myurl/myapp/myactio
So to clarify a bit more. I have an action used to create and populate a dynamic menu with drop downs. The menu items have links that include the parameters so the body can display the correct information. The body has it's own action and body page that is responsible for displaying the data. The page is assembled using tiles.
When I'm in the body page I get no parameters in the query string. I've tried all the combinations of things I know to do. Here's what I've tried:
In the action:
String s = ServletActionContext.getRe
String s2 = (String) ActionContext.getContext()
In the jsp page:
out.println(request.getQue
out.println(request.getPar
All of the above return null even though the url looks like:
http://localhost:8080/btd/
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I made a stupid mistake. I didn't realize this until now. The tool was using an iframe for the body portion of the page. The problem had nothing to do with Tiles or Struts. The issue was that the IFrame was not referring to the containing page URL so there naturally was not query string.
Sorry to waste your time.
