Not without help. You don't want to anyway, you want to generate the chart using a servlet and in the JSP embed a link that calls that servlet.
JFreeChart is indeed a very good tool to use in that servlet. I've used it extensively in the past for all kinds of charting work that runs on a variety of websites.
