calendar date

i have date fields that is a type int. on the record, they look like this 101109 (october 11,2009) On the screen, they display as 10/11/09.  I need to make them appear as a calendar (the same as when scheduling a flight from an airline website) to choose from when the user wants to update any of these fields.  Pls help.  Thank you.

Hi Ravi,
could you help me incorporate this in my jsp. where do i put my date fields? what are "frmTest", "txtDate","btnDate1",""?  my date fields are purchase date, orderdate,etc. Pls help.
