radio button matrix group

Zones: Java Standard Tag Library (JSTL) & Server Tags, Java Server Pages (JSP), Jakarta Struts

i have jsp page with struts framework and using jstl and struts tags. I am Iterating through two loops , inner and outer loop. Inside the inner loop , I would like to display dynamic radio buttons. How do I do that ?

I tried following doesn't work. Problem is after every innder loop starting it resets radio button index.
