Hello,
As far as I know, there's no built-in function within Struts that handles pagination. Try the following tag lib. it is very easy to use and nice.

But in jsp more Scriptlets are used.
Is there any way to change this jsp using pure struts tags?
Is there any code pagination using pure struts tags with out using scriptlets
