JavaMail Missing Starting Boundary Exception

Our program uses JavaMail to read in leads sent from sources on the web. One source was working great until last night it I received notification of the following exception...

javax.mail.MessagingException: Missing start boundary
      at javax.mail.internet.MimeMultipart.parse(MimeMultipart.java:320)
      at javax.mail.internet.MimeMultipart.getCount(MimeMultipart.java:182)

I am not sure where to start on this, I want to call up the lead provider and tell them of the issue, but i'm not sure if there is something else I can do to make it work. The goal would be to make the system as flexible as possible and if this is potentially a common issue to work out a way around this so the error doesn't show up again, if there isn't a solution I want to call the provider and know what to tell them is wrong. Email protocols and such are not my specialty so any help is appreciated. the headers are below.
