hyperlink does not change cursor

I converted all hyperlinks to use on click event instead of setting href. so I just have blank <A> tags.

the problems is when I hover the mouse over the link, it no longer converts the cursor to a hand. How can force the cursor to act normally, even when there is no href?Start Free Trial
