How to get started developing app for mobile phone Amoi WP-S1

Can anyone provide me with information on how to get started developing apps for my Amoi WP-S1 phone. Otherwise known as 3Skypephone.

I can see it uses Java, but I'm at a complete loss as to what JDK or additional components I need to get going with this.

I've currently installed JDK 1.5.0.15 and Wireless Toolkit 2.5.2 and tried a simple HelloWorld app, but this produces a "908 incompatible configuration or profile" error on the phone.

Anyone with any information on standards this phone conforms to or specs that would help in establishing what Java components I should be working with would be much appreciated.
