You will then need to parse the html. That can be done with a parser like PocketLearn:

There are limitations depending on the parser you use, the complexity of the html page, etc.
If you are using J2ME CDC, your options improve considerably. I presume you are using CLDC because you ask "how to create a link button" which is something that can be difficult because there is no "button" in J2ME. Instead, if you are keen on having an onscreen button try using StringItem with the appearance mode set to Item.BUTTON:
