romi_k, Please don't misinterpret this answer - it is not a direct answer but just advice about web services and for me it is hard-won knowledge. I hate SOAP for exactly the kind of problem you are experiencing here.

Instead I like to use RESTful web services. In a REST interface, the calling program has no knowledge of the structure inside the web service, and needs none. All of the calls are "atomic" - there is no programmatic interdependency or sequence to the calls. The calling program places all of its arguments in the URL "get" string and reads its results via file_get_contents().
The elegant simplicity of this protocol may include authentication via an API key. Some good examples can be found on Yahoo. Check their page and the linked pages here:
