Dom4j XML file read

I am not getting all the element and element value info while parsing, can someone point me what I am doing wrong here.

It's not working since you're not doing it recursively. Anyway you don't need to do it either way. Use

To expand on what CEHJ said just a little.

If you're interested in programmatically traversing the tree, you need to iterate through child notes, and recursively through their child nodes, etc. Your code stops short at the top level.
